Mr King Kerosin was born in a working-class neighbourhood in Mannheim. He lived in the United States, travelled to many events of the Rockabilly scene. At night, he did not skip any party. By day, he tinkered with his Hotrod with which he competed on drag strips or salt lakes. In his garage in Bakersfield, California, the idea was born to start his own clothing brand: King Kerosin. The first T-shirts were actually printed there. Back in Germany, King established the company's European headquarters in Hockenheim, while the US branch remained. From the small insider label, a popular streetwear brand developed that is now successful far beyond the rockabilly scene. Under the motto 'more revs per life', King Kerosin combines the classic Rock'n'Roll style with current streetwear trends.
